1. Hassle-Free Returns:  
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery. After initiating a return, please allow 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.

2. Reverse Pick-Up:  
We provide reverse pick-up services at no additional cost. Our courier service will attempt to pick up the product twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to send the shipment back to our company address. Please note that reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin-code.

3. COD Orders:  
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a coupon code will be provided within 5 working days from the day of the return pick-up. This will be sent to your registered email address or contact number.

4. Product Condition:  
Please ensure that the product(s) are returned in the same condition as they were shipped. Products returned in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Processing:  
Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and for the amount to be reflected in your bank account. Note: Refunds and bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website. Payments made via COD will receive a coupon code equivalent to the order value, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

6. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges:  
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Order Cancellations:  
Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once a product has been exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as additional exchanges or refunds will be applicable to that order.
